How we run a corporate event

A corporate event lives or dies on whether the setup matches the headcount. We size the tent, the seating and the food to the number of people you actually expect, and we have run events from a 30-person office party up to a 450-person company day. Enclosed tents with air conditioning are the reason our summer events work in Miami, and park packages include a generator for sites with no power.
One vendor, one quote, one invoice
The usual corporate headache is coordinating four suppliers who each blame the other when something is late. We supply the catering, the tents, the tables, chairs and linens, the bar and bartenders, the staging and dance floor, the lighting and the entertainment. That is one point of contact, one quote and one invoice for procurement, and one team on site who all work for the same company.

For a family day: tents, seating, a live grill or burger and hot dog stations, bounce houses, a game master and concession machines. We come back with one price for the whole event
Not a price for the tent, then a separate price for the food, then another for the entertainment. One quote covering everything you asked for, so you can compare it against your budget in one go.
We deliver, set up and pick it all up
On the day, our team brings everything, builds it and places it. When the event is over we come back and take it away. Nothing is left for you to haul, assemble or return.
Or start from a package
If you would rather not build the event piece by piece, our party packages bundle the bounce house, tables, linens, food and full service into one price, delivered, set up and picked up. There are three tiers for an event at home and three for an event at a park, and the park ones include a generator.
Why it is cheaper to call one company
The usual way to plan a Miami party is to call a rental company for the tables, a caterer for the food, somebody else for the bounce house and a fourth number for the DJ. Four deposits, four delivery windows and four people to chase when one of them is late. We supply all of it ourselves, so there is one quote, one invoice, one delivery and one team on site who all work for the same company. If the tent is late, there is nobody for us to blame but ourselves.
Where we work
We serve Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe counties. Most of what we set up is either in a backyard at home or at a Miami-Dade recreation park, and the park packages include a generator because most park sites have no power to plug into. If you are not sure whether your location is in range, tell us the address on the quote form and we will say yes or no straight away.
What to tell us when you ask for a quote
Four things get you an accurate number on the first reply: the date, roughly how many guests you expect, whether it is at a home or at a park, and what time the event starts and ends. If you already know your colours, the age range of the kids, or that you need the tent air conditioned, put that in the message box too. If you do not know the headcount yet, give us your best guess and we will quote a range.
